1. Magnetic Cards
Tin is vapor-deposited on to tape with a magnetic coating and then color-treated.
This serves to conceal the magnetic layer of the card better and hinder an electro-erosive
reaction.
2. Electric Wire Shielding
Copper is vapor-deposited on to a composite of polyester film and aluminum foil
and then surface-treated for use as cladding material. The aluminum foil can be
substituted with a foil made of another type of metal.
