Strip Products
Our strip products are used in a wide range of fields from electronic parts such as leadframe, terminals, connectors, electrical components and materials, heat sinks, heat spreaders, to construction and housing related items such as roofing materials and heat exchangers for instant water heaters, keys for automotive and household use, and game machine tokens. We produce a wide-range of products from pure copper, brass, copper nickel alloys, to specialty alloys we developed. We offer thicknesses ranging from thin strip to over 5mm thick. Our thick gauge strip is produced using the latest technology resulting in consistently reliable high quality products.
We have aggressively enhanced our facilities, upgraded our computerized production management system, and have built a system to rapidly handle more diverse customer needs in both tangible and intangible aspects.
Sheet & Plate Products
Thanks to our extensive experience and superior rolling technologies, our sheet products are highly rated by customers in various fields both at home and abroad. Our sheets products are produced on the largest copper and copper alloy hot rolling mill in the country, making it possible to manufacture a wide variety of sheet products meeting customer needs.
The uses are diverse-from fabricated electronics parts such as bus bar, flexible bus bar, backing plates for liquid crystal displays, to molds for steel makers. Our copper alloy products are developed to meet customer needs and through the use of high level technologies, including those of our group companies, are well known for high quality.
Rod, Bar & Wire Products
A wide selection of bar and wire products, from pure copper and brass to our independently-developed alloys. Additionally, to meet demanding customer needs, we are equipped with downstream fabrication facilities such as hot forging and machining.
Our copper bar and copper wire products, made from pure copper of the world’s highest quality, are widely used for vacuum environments and super conductivity applications. To meet the needs of the era we developed environmentally friendly lead-free ECO BRASS(R). Our high strength corrosion resistant UR Series of products have excellent wear resistance and are found in a wide range of products, including wire-nets protecting the aquaculture industry from disease and predator losses. UH series have high wear resistance and high strength.
